Membership on lock97 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is a non-negotiable condition of membership and is enforced through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification. lock97 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or terminate any Account where the age restriction has been or is suspected of having been violated.

Each individual may hold only one lock97 Account. The Platform uses CNIC verification to enforce this policy. If lock97 discovers that a Member holds or has held more than one Account — whether concurrently or sequentially — lock97 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any Bonuses claimed, and withhold any winnings obtained through the duplicated Accounts, subject to applicable law.
Members are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on their lock97 Account at all times. Any change to your name, mobile number, email address, or other registration details must be communicated to lock97 support promptly. lock97 accepts no liability for Account access issues or payment failures resulting from a Member's failure to maintain accurate registration information.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their lock97 Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. lock97 strongly recommends that Members:
lock97 will never ask a Member for their full password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to lock97 support immediately.
lock97 accepts no liability for any losses or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain adequate Account security, or from a Member's disclosure of their credentials to a third party, whether voluntary or otherwise.
lock97 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani Members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC20 network), and SadaPay. lock97 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Members where practicable.
Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are processed instantly and credited to the Member's lock97 Account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) without delay. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 business hours subject to the processing schedule of the relevant banking institution. USDT deposits are processed upon network confirmation and credited at the PKR exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmation.
The minimum deposit amount on lock97 is PKR 100. This minimum applies to all payment methods. lock97 reserves the right to apply different minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions where stated in the promotion terms.
lock97 does not charge any fees on deposits made by Members. However, Members should be aware that their payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash or their bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside lock97's control and are the Member's responsibility.
⚠️ Anti-Money Laundering Notice: lock97 operates in strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits are subject to transaction monitoring. lock97 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit and to delay or decline processing pending satisfactory verification.
To be eligible to make a withdrawal from lock97, a Member must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using the same payment method to which withdrawal is requested; (c) fulfilled any applicable bonus wagering requirements on any Bonus funds included in the withdrawal amount; and (d) not triggered any pending security review or AML hold on their Account.
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. USDT withdrawals are processed upon network fee confirmation. lock97 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 10:00 PM PKT on business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as Account balance.
All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method registered in the same name as the lock97 Account holder. lock97 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the Member's relationship with the third party. This policy is a mandatory AML compliance requirement and cannot be waived.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by lock97 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by lock97 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) and are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the promotion terms.
lock97 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing matched bets across accounts to circumvent wagering requirements; exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Bonus credits that are not used within the stated validity period (as specified in the relevant promotion terms) will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account balance without compensation. It is the Member's responsibility to track their bonus validity periods.
All casino games available on lock97 are supplied by independent, licensed game studios and operate under the rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates disclosed within each game's information panel. lock97 does not modify game mechanics, odds, or outcomes. The RNG (Random Number Generator) systems used in all lock97 games are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories.
In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Member's device during a game session and the game server's records, the server-side records shall be treated as definitive. Technical faults — including but not limited to disconnections, display errors, or browser crashes during a game session — do not entitle a Member to a refund of any stake placed prior to the fault occurring, except where lock97's technical team determines, at its sole discretion, that a server-side error caused the fault.
For sports betting on lock97, all markets are offered in PKR and are subject to the specific odds, settlement rules, and suspension policies applicable to each market type. In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. lock97's settlement decisions on sports betting markets are final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lock97 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the lock97 Platform — including but not limited to the lock97 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of lock97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of lock97.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of the Member's Account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lock97, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunity; (c) any interruption of service caused by technical faults, third-party provider outages, or events outside lock97's reasonable control.
lock97's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or in connection with their Account or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Member into their lock97 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits lock97's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Members may close their lock97 Account at any time by contacting lock97 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified available balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and AML review. Bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
lock97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or a decision of a competent court or authority.
In cases of Account closure initiated by lock97 for cause, the disposition of any Funds held in the Account will be determined by lock97 in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, which may include forfeiture of Funds where the Member's conduct has resulted in demonstrable loss or harm to lock97 or other Members.
lock97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, lock97 will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or via email to the registered address on the Member's Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where an amendment is required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
A Member's continued use of the lock97 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the updated Terms. Members who do not accept the amended Terms should close their Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lock97 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to a Member's use of the lock97 Platform, shall first be referred to lock97's Customer Support team for informal resolution.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised with support, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a recognised international arbitration institution. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Members retain any rights they may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by arbitration agreement.
Nothing in this clause prevents lock97 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
